
輪胎聯軸器采(cai)用輪(lun)胎體狀橡(xiang)膠(jiao)元件,與兩個半聯經(jing)過(guo)螺栓聯接,實現扭(niu)矩傳遞(di)和(he)位移補償(chang)。橡(xiang)膠(jiao)輪(lun)胎聯軸器具有較高(gao)的彈性性能(neng),扭(niu)轉(zhuan)剛度(du)小,減(jian)震(zhen)能(neng)力(li)強,軸向補償(chang)能(neng)力(li)較大,有良好的阻尼性能(neng)。
彈(dan)性(xing)輪(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)輪(lun)胎(tai)體是(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)必要的(de)備件(jian)之(zhi)一,相(xiang)應的(de)分(fen)(fen)(fen)為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎(tai)體。輪(lun)胎(tai)式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)分(fen)(fen)(fen)為凸型(xing)和凹型(xing)兩大類,凸型(xing)又分(fen)(fen)(fen)為帶骨(gu)(gu)架整體式(shi)、無骨(gu)(gu)整體式(shi)和徑向切(qie)口式(shi)三(san)種(zhong)。輪(lun)胎(tai)環(huan)內側用硫(liu)化方法與鋼質骨(gu)(gu)架粘接成一體,骨(gu)(gu)架上的(de)螺栓(shuan)孔處焊有螺母。裝(zhuang)配時用螺栓(shuan)與兩半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)的(de)凸緣連接,依(yi)靠(kao)擰緊螺栓(shuan)使輪(lun)胎(tai)與凸緣端面之(zhi)間產生(sheng)的(de)摩擦力來傳遞轉矩,輪(lun)胎(tai)環(huan)工作時發(fa)生(sheng)扭轉剪切(qie)變形,故輪(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)具(ju)有很高(gao)的(de)彈(dan)性(xing),補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相(xiang)對位移的(de)能力較(jiao)大,并(bing)有良好的(de)阻(zu)尼,而且(qie)結構(gou)簡(jian)單、不需潤滑、裝(zhuang)拆和維護都比(bi)較(jiao)方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承載(zai)能(neng)力(li)(li)不高、外形尺寸較大,隨著兩(liang)軸(zhou)相對扭轉角(jiao)的(de)(de)增加使(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)外形扭歪,軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)尺寸略有(you)減小,將在兩(liang)軸(zhou)上(shang)產生較大的(de)(de)附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),使(shi)軸(zhou)承負載(zai)加大而降低(di)壽命。輪(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)高速運轉時(shi),輪(lun)胎(tai)外緣由于離心(xin)力(li)(li)的(de)(de)作用(yong)而向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)外擴張,將進一步增大附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li)。為此,在安裝聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)時(shi)應(ying)采(cai)取(qu)措施,使(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)中(zhong)的(de)(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)與工(gong)作時(shi)產生的(de)(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)相反,以(yi)抵消部分(fen)附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),達到(dao)改善(shan)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)和兩(liang)軸(zhou)承的(de)(de)工(gong)和條件。
輪胎式聯軸器由(you)于種(zhong)種(zhong)原因使(shi)其(qi)質心或慣性主軸與其(qi)加(jia)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)軸線不(bu)重合(he),在運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)時將產(chan)生不(bu)平(ping)衡離心慣性力、離心慣性力偶和動(dong)撓度(du)(振(zhen)型(xing))的(de)現(xian)象,稱為轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子的(de)不(bu)平(ping)衡現(xian)象,這種(zhong)不(bu)平(ping)衡現(xian)象必然引起(qi)軸系的(de)振(zhen)動(dong),從而影響機器的(de)正常工作和使(shi)用壽(shou)命,因而對其(qi)必須加(jia)以重視。
