鼓型齒式聯軸器是一種特別設計的先進齒式聯軸器,其外齒制成球面,球面的中心在齒輪的軸線上,齒側的間隙比一般產品稍大,鼓形齒聯軸器可(ke)以傳(chuan)遞較大的(de)扭矩和允(yun)許(xu)較大的(de)角位移(yi),性能優異且壽(shou)命更加長(chang)久。

對輪(lun)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器在(zai)工(gong)作過程中(zhong),并(bing)且會帶來燃油消耗空氣污(wu)染等后(hou)果,由于承受咬入沖(chong)擊動(dong)載(zai)荷,使得聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器受到(dao)峰值(zhi)轉矩,聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器承載(zai)能力下(xia)降,并(bing)在(zai)短時間內失效,從而直(zhi)接影響(xiang)其正常工(gong)作,其中(zhong)的較薄(bo)弱環節(jie)進行替(ti)換或維修是重要和實用的。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器兩(liang)軸(zhou)相對半徑變(bian)位(wei)要求較好(hao),找耦合(he)同心度為0.2~0.6mm,存在(zai)很大困難。如果在(zai)駕(jia)駛過程中(zhong)螺栓松動(dong),泵裝(zhuang)置的振動(dong)和噪音可能會變(bian)大。
