萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭,可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩,對角向的補償可達25?以上,采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高,傳動效率(lv)優異,在(zai)現代工業(ye)領域被廣泛采用(yong)。



SWP十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采(cai)用剖分式叉(cha)頭布局,與SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)使(shi)用的場合相近,主要運用在重(zhong)載(zai)大型裝備領域,回轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。
SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器采用(yong)(yong)整體式叉(cha)頭布局,主要用(yong)(yong)于軋鋼(gang)機(ji)械(xie),起重運(yun)輸(shu)機(ji)械(xie)等其(qi)他重型(xing)裝備領域,回(hui)轉直徑可到1600mm,扭(niu)矩傳遞距離可達30m以上,是運(yun)用(yong)(yong)相(xiang)當(dang)廣泛的萬向聯軸器。
萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移,傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行(xing)同軸度的調整,使對(dui)輪(lun)既同心(xin)又平(ping)行(xing),否則將影響機泵(beng)使用效率或造成(cheng)設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)機(ji)(ji)構中的(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)牢(lao)固地聯接起來一同(tong)旋轉,并(bing)傳遞運動(dong)和扭矩的(de)機(ji)(ji)械部件。有(you)時也用以聯接軸(zhou)(zhou)與(yu)其他零件(如齒輪、帶輪等)。
靠背(bei)輪(lun)常(chang)由兩半合成,分(fen)別用(yong)鍵或(huo)緊(jin)配合等聯接,緊(jin)固在兩軸端,再通過某種方式將(jiang)兩半聯接起來。
