SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)剖分(fen)式叉(cha)頭布局(ju)，與SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器使(shi)用(yong)的(de)場合(he)相近，主要運用(yong)在重載(zai)大型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回轉(zhuan)直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采(cai)用(yong)(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要(yao)用(yong)(yong)于軋鋼機械(xie)(xie)，起重運(yun)輸機械(xie)(xie)等其(qi)他重型裝備領域，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距離可達30m以上(shang)，是運(yun)用(yong)(yong)相當廣泛的萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將(jiang)不同機構中(zhong)的(de)主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)(jie)起來(lai)一(yi)同旋轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩的(de)機械(xie)部(bu)件。有時(shi)也用以聯接(jie)(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零(ling)件（如(ru)齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背(bei)輪常由(you)兩(liang)半(ban)合(he)成(cheng)，分別用鍵或(huo)緊配合(he)等聯(lian)接，緊固(gu)在(zai)兩(liang)軸端，再通(tong)過某種方式將兩(liang)半(ban)聯(lian)接起來。

靠背輪(lun)聯軸器(qi)可兼有(you)補償兩(liang)軸之間由于制造(zao)安裝不精確、工作(zuo)時的變形或(huo)熱膨脹(zhang)等原因所發生的偏(pian)移(yi)（包括軸向偏(pian)移(yi)、徑向偏(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)移(yi)或(huo)綜合(he)偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩(huan)和沖擊、吸振(zhen)。
