SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)(lian)軸器采用(yong)剖分(fen)式叉頭(tou)布局(ju)，與SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)(lian)軸器使用(yong)的場合相近，主要運(yun)用(yong)在(zai)重載大(da)型裝備(bei)領域，回(hui)轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)整體(ti)式(shi)叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用(yong)于軋鋼(gang)機械(xie)，起重運輸機械(xie)等其他重型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵在安裝過程中都不(bu)可避免地要進(jin)行(xing)(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整，使對輪(lun)既(ji)同(tong)心又(you)平(ping)行(xing)(xing)，否則將(jiang)影響機泵使用效(xiao)率或(huo)造成設備運行(xing)(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中的(de)主動軸和(he)(he)從動軸牢(lao)固(gu)地聯接(jie)起(qi)來一同旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運動和(he)(he)扭矩的(de)機械部件(jian)。有時(shi)也用以聯接(jie)軸與其他零件(jian)（如(ru)齒輪(lun)、帶(dai)輪(lun)等）。

靠(kao)背輪常(chang)由兩半合成，分別用(yong)鍵或(huo)緊(jin)配(pei)合等聯(lian)接(jie)，緊(jin)固在兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半聯(lian)接(jie)起來。

靠背(bei)輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)器可(ke)兼(jian)有補償兩軸(zhou)之間由于制造安裝不精確、工作時(shi)的變形或(huo)熱膨脹等(deng)原(yuan)因所發生的偏移(yi)（包括(kuo)軸(zhou)向(xiang)偏移(yi)、徑(jing)向(xiang)偏移(yi)、角(jiao)偏移(yi)或(huo)綜(zong)合偏移(yi)）；以及緩(huan)和沖擊(ji)、吸振(zhen)。
