萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭,可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩,對角向的補償可達25?以上,采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高,傳(chuan)動效率優異,在現代(dai)工業領(ling)域被廣泛采用。



SWP十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用剖分式叉頭(tou)布局,與SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)使用的場合相近,主(zhu)要運(yun)用在重載(zai)大型裝備(bei)領域,回轉直徑可達1200mm。
SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)采用整體式叉(cha)頭布(bu)局,主要用于軋鋼機(ji)(ji)械,起重運輸(shu)機(ji)(ji)械等其(qi)他(ta)重型裝備(bei)領域,回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm,扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達(da)30m以上,是運用相(xiang)當廣泛(fan)的(de)萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)。
萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移,傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵(beng)在安裝過程(cheng)中(zhong)都不可避免地(di)要(yao)進行同(tong)軸度的調整,使對輪既同(tong)心又平行,否則將影響機泵(beng)使用效率或(huo)造成設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)將(jiang)不同機構中的(de)主(zhu)動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)起來(lai)一同旋轉(zhuan),并傳遞運(yun)動和扭矩(ju)的(de)機械部件。有時也用(yong)以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其(qi)他零件(如(ru)齒(chi)輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等)。
靠背輪常由兩半合成(cheng),分別用鍵或緊配合等聯接,緊固在兩軸端,再通過某種(zhong)方(fang)式將兩半聯接起(qi)來。
靠背輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼有補償(chang)兩(liang)軸(zhou)之間由于制造安裝(zhuang)不精(jing)確、工(gong)作時的變形或熱膨脹等原因所(suo)發生的偏(pian)移(yi)(包括軸(zhou)向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、徑向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)移(yi)或綜合偏(pian)移(yi));以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
