萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動(dong)效率(lv)優異(yi)，在現代工(gong)業領域被廣泛(fan)采用。

SWP十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用剖分(fen)式(shi)叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)使(shi)用的場合(he)相近，主要運(yun)用在(zai)重載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋(ya)鋼(gang)機械，起重(zhong)(zhong)運輸(shu)機械等其他重(zhong)(zhong)型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距離(li)可(ke)達30m以上，是運用相當廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵(beng)在安裝過程中(zhong)都不可(ke)避(bi)免(mian)地要(yao)進行(xing)同(tong)軸(zhou)度的調整，使對輪既同(tong)心又平(ping)行(xing)，否則將影響機泵(beng)使用效率或造成設(she)備運行(xing)事(shi)故。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸形(xing)爪塊(kuai)限(xian)制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.
