星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨(an)脂(zhi)彈性體由(you)凸形爪(zhua)塊限制(zhi)。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同機構中的主動軸和(he)從(cong)動軸牢(lao)固(gu)地聯接(jie)起來(lai)一同旋轉，并傳遞運動和(he)扭矩的機械部(bu)件(jian)。有(you)時也用以聯接(jie)軸與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等(deng)）。

靠背輪常由兩半合成，分別用鍵或緊配(pei)合等聯接，緊固(gu)在兩軸端，再通過(guo)某種(zhong)方式將兩半聯接起(qi)來。

靠(kao)背(bei)輪聯軸器可兼有補(bu)償兩軸之(zhi)間由(you)于(yu)制(zhi)造安(an)裝不(bu)精確、工作時的(de)(de)變形或熱(re)膨脹等原因所發生的(de)(de)偏移（包括軸向(xiang)偏移、徑(jing)向(xiang)偏移、角(jiao)偏移或綜合偏移）；以及緩和沖(chong)擊(ji)、吸振。

靠背輪為俗稱(cheng)，專業叫法為聯軸(zhou)器以(yi)及(ji)法蘭，用于(yu)機械設(she)備(bei)的(de)連接。
