SWP十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖(pou)分式(shi)叉頭(tou)布(bu)局，與(yu)SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用(yong)的場合(he)相近，主要運用(yong)在重載大型(xing)裝備領(ling)域，回(hui)轉直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采用整(zheng)體式叉頭(tou)布局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機械(xie)等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在安裝過程中(zhong)都不可避免(mian)地要進行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整，使(shi)(shi)對輪(lun)既同心(xin)又平行(xing)，否則將影響(xiang)機泵使(shi)(shi)用效率或造成設備運行(xing)事故。
