SWP十字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器使用的場合相近，主要(yao)運用在重載大型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采(cai)用整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主(zhu)要(yao)用于軋鋼(gang)機械，起(qi)重(zhong)運輸(shu)機械等其(qi)他(ta)重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相當(dang)廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵(beng)在安裝過程(cheng)中都不可(ke)避免地要(yao)進行(xing)同(tong)軸度(du)的(de)調整，使對輪既同(tong)心又平行(xing)，否則將影響機泵(beng)使用效率(lv)或造成設備運(yun)行(xing)事故(gu)。

風機聯(lian)(lian)軸器具有減速(su)、增速(su)、變向(xiang)和(he)換向(xiang)等(deng)動(dong)作(zuo)以及緩(huan)和(he)沖(chong)擊、吸振的作(zuo)用(yong)。聯(lian)(lian)軸器可分為(wei)剛性(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸器和(he)撓(nao)性(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸器兩大類。前者(zhe)不(bu)具有緩(huan)沖(chong)性(xing)和(he)補償兩軸線(xian)相對(dui)位移的能力，但結構簡單，制(zhi)造成(cheng)本較低，裝拆、維護(hu)方便(bian)。
