SWP十字萬向聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖(pou)分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸器(qi)使用(yong)的(de)場合相(xiang)近(jin)，主要運用(yong)在重載大型裝備(bei)領(ling)域，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器采用整(zheng)體式叉(cha)頭布局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其(qi)他(ta)重型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離(li)可達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當廣泛(fan)的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在安裝過程中都(dou)不可避免地要(yao)進行(xing)同(tong)軸度的(de)調整，使(shi)對(dui)輪既同(tong)心(xin)又平行(xing)，否(fou)則將影(ying)響機泵使(shi)用效率或(huo)造(zao)成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)將不同機構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從(cong)動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地(di)聯(lian)接起來(lai)一同旋轉，并傳遞運(yun)動(dong)和扭(niu)矩的機械部件(jian)。有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其他(ta)零(ling)件(jian)（如(ru)齒輪、帶(dai)輪等(deng)）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半合成，分別用(yong)鍵(jian)或(huo)緊配合等聯接(jie)，緊固(gu)在(zai)兩(liang)軸端，再通過某種(zhong)方式將(jiang)兩(liang)半聯接(jie)起來。
