萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳(chuan)動效率優(you)異，在現代工業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)采用剖(pou)分式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，與SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)使用的場合相近，主要運(yun)用在重載大型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋(ya)鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸(shu)機(ji)械(xie)等其他重型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域(yu)，回轉(zhuan)直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距(ju)離(li)可達30m以上，是運(yun)用相(xiang)當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)(de)機(ji)泵在(zai)安裝過程中(zhong)都不可避免地要(yao)進行同(tong)軸度(du)的(de)(de)調(diao)整，使對輪既同(tong)心又(you)平行，否則(ze)將影響機(ji)泵使用(yong)效率或造成設備運(yun)行事(shi)故。

梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償(chang)兩軸相(xiang)對位移，減振緩(huan)沖，結構簡(jian)單，無需潤滑維(wei)護方便等特(te)點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨(an)脂彈性體由(you)凸形爪塊限(xian)制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同機構中的(de)(de)主(zhu)動軸和從動軸牢固地(di)聯接起來一同旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動和扭矩的(de)(de)機械(xie)部件(jian)。有時(shi)也用(yong)以聯接軸與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背(bei)輪常由兩半(ban)合成(cheng)，分別用(yong)鍵或緊配合等聯(lian)接(jie)(jie)，緊固(gu)在兩軸端，再通(tong)過某種方式(shi)將兩半(ban)聯(lian)接(jie)(jie)起來。

靠背輪聯軸器可兼有補(bu)償(chang)兩軸之間由于制造安裝不精確、工(gong)作時的(de)變形或(huo)熱膨脹(zhang)等原因所發生的(de)偏(pian)移(yi)(yi)（包括軸向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)(yi)、徑向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)(yi)、角偏(pian)移(yi)(yi)或(huo)綜合(he)偏(pian)移(yi)(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊(ji)、吸(xi)振。

靠背輪為俗稱，專業(ye)叫法為聯軸器以及法蘭，用于機械設(she)備的連(lian)接。
