萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能力高，傳動效率優異，在現(xian)代(dai)工業領域被廣(guang)泛采(cai)用(yong)。

SWP十字(zi)(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字(zi)(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)使用的場合(he)相近，主要運用在重載大型(xing)裝備(bei)領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體式叉頭布局(ju)，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機械(xie)，起重(zhong)運輸(shu)機械(xie)等其(qi)他重(zhong)型(xing)裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是(shi)運用(yong)相(xiang)當廣泛的(de)萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的(de)機泵(beng)在安裝過(guo)程中都不可避免(mian)地要(yao)進行同(tong)軸(zhou)度的(de)調(diao)整，使(shi)對輪既同(tong)心又平行，否則將影(ying)響機泵(beng)使(shi)用效率或(huo)造成設(she)備(bei)運行事(shi)故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同機構中(zhong)的(de)主動(dong)(dong)軸和(he)從動(dong)(dong)軸牢固地(di)聯接(jie)(jie)起來一同旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)(dong)和(he)扭矩的(de)機械部件(jian)。有時也用(yong)以聯接(jie)(jie)軸與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠(kao)背輪常(chang)由兩半合(he)成(cheng)，分別用鍵或緊配(pei)合(he)等聯(lian)接，緊固在兩軸端，再通過某種方式將(jiang)兩半聯(lian)接起來。

靠背輪聯軸(zhou)器可(ke)兼有補(bu)償兩軸(zhou)之(zhi)間由于(yu)制造(zao)安裝不精(jing)確、工(gong)作時(shi)的(de)變形或(huo)熱膨(peng)脹等(deng)原因所發生的(de)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)(yi)（包括軸(zhou)向偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)(yi)、徑向偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)(yi)、角偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)(yi)或(huo)綜(zong)合偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)(yi)）；以及緩和(he)沖擊(ji)、吸振(zhen)。
