SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重(zhong)運輸機(ji)械等其(qi)他重(zhong)型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離(li)可達30m以上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在安裝過(guo)程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的(de)調整，使對輪既同心又平行，否則將影響機泵使用效(xiao)率或造(zao)成(cheng)設備(bei)運行事故。
