SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器采用整(zheng)體式叉頭(tou)布局，主(zhu)要用于(yu)軋(ya)鋼機械(xie)(xie)，起重(zhong)運輸機械(xie)(xie)等其他重(zhong)型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領(ling)域，回轉直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相(xiang)當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵(beng)在安裝過(guo)程中都不可避免地(di)要進行同軸度的調(diao)整，使(shi)對輪既同心又(you)平(ping)行，否則將影響機泵(beng)使(shi)用效率或造成設備運(yun)行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將(jiang)不同機構中的主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯接起來一同旋轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩(ju)的機械(xie)部件。有(you)時也用以聯接軸與(yu)其他零件（如齒(chi)輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由(you)兩半合(he)成，分別(bie)用(yong)鍵或緊配合(he)等聯(lian)接(jie)，緊固在兩軸端，再(zai)通過某種(zhong)方(fang)式將兩半聯(lian)接(jie)起來。
