SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器采用剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器使用的場合相近，主要(yao)運用在重(zhong)載大型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用(yong)整(zheng)體式(shi)叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運輸機械(xie)等其他重型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距(ju)離可達30m以上(shang)，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的(de)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在安裝過程中都不(bu)可避(bi)免地(di)要(yao)進行(xing)(xing)同軸度的調(diao)整，使對輪既(ji)同心又平(ping)行(xing)(xing)，否則將影響機(ji)泵使用(yong)效(xiao)率或造成設備運行(xing)(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機(ji)構(gou)中的主動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)和(he)從動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)牢(lao)固地聯(lian)接起來一同旋轉，并傳遞運動(dong)(dong)和(he)扭矩的機(ji)械(xie)部件。有時也(ye)用以(yi)聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與(yu)其他零(ling)件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等(deng)）。

靠背輪常由(you)兩半(ban)合(he)成，分別用鍵(jian)或緊配合(he)等聯(lian)接，緊固在(zai)兩軸端(duan)，再通(tong)過某種方式將兩半(ban)聯(lian)接起來(lai)。
