SWC十字萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器采用(yong)(yong)整體式叉頭(tou)布局，主要用(yong)(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等(deng)其他重型裝備(bei)領域，回轉(zhuan)直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可達30m以上(shang)，是運用(yong)(yong)相(xiang)當(dang)廣泛的(de)萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵(beng)在安(an)裝過(guo)程中都不可(ke)避(bi)免地要進行同軸度的調整，使對輪既同心又平(ping)行，否則將影響機(ji)泵(beng)使用效率或造成(cheng)設備(bei)運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中(zhong)的(de)主(zhu)動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢固地聯(lian)接起來一同旋(xuan)轉，并傳遞運動(dong)和扭矩的(de)機械(xie)部件。有時(shi)也用以聯(lian)接軸與其他零(ling)件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半合成(cheng)，分別用鍵或緊(jin)配合等聯接(jie)，緊(jin)固(gu)在(zai)兩(liang)軸端，再通過某種方式(shi)將兩(liang)半聯接(jie)起來。
