SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器使用的場合相近(jin)，主要運用在重載(zai)大型裝(zhuang)備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器采(cai)用整體式叉(cha)頭布局，主(zhu)要用于(yu)軋鋼機械(xie)(xie)，起重運(yun)輸機械(xie)(xie)等其他(ta)重型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當(dang)廣(guang)泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的(de)機泵在(zai)安裝過程中(zhong)都(dou)不可(ke)避(bi)免地要進(jin)行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整，使對輪既同心又(you)平行(xing)，否則將影響機泵使用效率或造成設(she)備運(yun)行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同(tong)機構(gou)中的主(zhu)動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)和(he)從(cong)動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)牢(lao)固(gu)地聯(lian)接起來(lai)一同(tong)旋轉，并傳遞運動(dong)和(he)扭矩的機械部(bu)件。有(you)時也用以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)(zhou)與其(qi)他零(ling)件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。
