彈性膜片聯軸器在傳遞扭矩的同時通過彈性膜片的的變形來補償軸向和角向的位移，是一種高性能的金屬彈性撓性聯軸器。彈性聯軸器結構緊湊，傳遞(di)扭矩大，使用壽命長，免維護，耐(nai)高溫，耐(nai)酸堿(jian)防(fang)腐蝕，適(shi)用于(yu)高溫高速及有(you)腐蝕工況環境的軸系傳動。

萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能(neng)力高，傳(chuan)動(dong)效率優異，在現代工(gong)業領域(yu)被廣泛采用(yong)。

SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局(ju)，與(yu)SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器使用(yong)的場合相近，主(zhu)要運用(yong)在重載大型裝備(bei)領域，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)整體式(shi)叉頭布局(ju)，主(zhu)要用(yong)(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距(ju)離(li)可達30m以上，是(shi)運用(yong)(yong)相(xiang)當(dang)廣(guang)泛的萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的(de)機(ji)泵在安裝(zhuang)過程中都不可(ke)避(bi)免(mian)地要進行同軸度的(de)調整(zheng)，使對輪既同心又平行，否(fou)則(ze)將影響機(ji)泵使用效率或(huo)造成設備運行事故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機(ji)構(gou)中的主動軸(zhou)和(he)從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯(lian)接起來一同旋轉，并傳遞運(yun)動和(he)扭矩(ju)的機(ji)械部件(jian)。有時也用以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其(qi)他(ta)零件(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背(bei)輪常由(you)兩半合(he)(he)成，分別用鍵或(huo)緊配合(he)(he)等聯(lian)(lian)接，緊固(gu)在(zai)兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半聯(lian)(lian)接起來。

靠背輪(lun)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器可兼有補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)之間由(you)于(yu)制造安裝不(bu)精確、工(gong)作時的變形或熱(re)膨脹等(deng)原因所發生的偏移(yi)（包(bao)括(kuo)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)偏移(yi)、徑向(xiang)偏移(yi)、角(jiao)偏移(yi)或綜(zong)合偏移(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
