彈性膜片聯軸器在傳遞扭矩的同時通過彈性膜片的的變形來補償軸向和角向的位移，是一種高性能的金屬彈性撓性聯軸器。彈性聯軸器結構緊湊，傳遞扭(niu)矩大，使用(yong)壽命(ming)長，免維護，耐高溫，耐酸堿防(fang)腐蝕，適用(yong)于高溫高速(su)及有腐蝕工況環境(jing)的軸系傳動。

萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能力高，傳動(dong)效率(lv)優異，在現(xian)代(dai)工(gong)業領域被廣泛采用(yong)。

SWP十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用的場合(he)相近，主要運(yun)用在(zai)重載大(da)型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體(ti)式叉頭(tou)布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其(qi)他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以(yi)上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的(de)萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機(ji)泵在安(an)裝過程中都不可(ke)避免地要進行(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整(zheng)，使對輪既同(tong)心又平行(xing)，否(fou)則將(jiang)影響機(ji)泵使用效率或造成設(she)備運(yun)行(xing)事(shi)故。

梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償兩軸(zhou)相對位移(yi)，減振(zhen)緩沖(chong)，結構簡單，無需(xu)潤滑維護方便等特(te)點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸形爪塊限制。

梅花形聯軸器以聚氨脂塑料為彈性元件與二半聯軸器主體緊密組合,主體以進口配方合金鋁為主。梅花型聯軸器中間聚(ju)氨脂塑(su)料(liao)元件以獨有(you)配方(fang)(fang)配制(zhi),具(ju)有(you)耐磨性(xing)高抗溫性(xing)好韌性(xing)強,與(yu)一般普通(tong)塑(su)膠件質(zhi)量穩定(ding)耐用. 梅花(hua)型體有(you)六瓣和八瓣,根(gen)據(ju)客戶要求定(ding)制(zhi). 固定(ding)方(fang)(fang)式有(you)鍵槽(cao).

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不(bu)同(tong)機構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)和從(cong)動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)起(qi)來(lai)一同(tong)旋轉，并傳遞(di)運動(dong)和扭矩的機械(xie)部件。有時也用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)(zhou)與其他零(ling)件（如(ru)齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩半合成，分別用鍵或緊配(pei)合等聯接(jie)，緊固在兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半聯接(jie)起來。

靠背輪聯軸器可兼(jian)有補(bu)償兩軸之間由于制(zhi)造安裝不精確、工作時的變(bian)形或熱(re)膨(peng)脹等原因所(suo)發生的偏(pian)移(yi)（包括(kuo)軸向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、徑(jing)向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、角(jiao)偏(pian)移(yi)或綜合(he)偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及(ji)緩和沖擊、吸(xi)振(zhen)。

靠背(bei)輪為俗稱，專(zhuan)業叫法為聯軸(zhou)器(qi)以(yi)及(ji)法蘭，用于(yu)機械(xie)設備的連接。
