SWP十(shi)字萬向聯軸器(qi)采用剖分式叉頭布局，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器(qi)使用的場(chang)合相(xiang)近(jin)，主要運用在重載大型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)整(zheng)體式(shi)叉頭布(bu)局，主要用(yong)于軋(ya)鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其(qi)他重型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑(jing)可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離可達(da)30m以(yi)上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將(jiang)不同(tong)機構中的(de)主動軸和從動軸牢固(gu)地聯接起來一同(tong)旋轉，并(bing)傳遞運動和扭矩(ju)的(de)機械部件。有(you)時也用以聯接軸與其(qi)他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背(bei)輪常由兩半合成(cheng)，分別用鍵(jian)或緊(jin)配合等聯接，緊(jin)固(gu)在兩軸端(duan)，再通過(guo)某種方(fang)式將兩半聯接起來。

靠背(bei)輪(lun)聯軸(zhou)器可兼有補償兩軸(zhou)之間由于制(zhi)造(zao)安(an)裝不精(jing)確、工作時的變(bian)形或熱膨脹等原因(yin)所發生的偏移(yi)（包括(kuo)軸(zhou)向偏移(yi)、徑(jing)向偏移(yi)、角(jiao)偏移(yi)或綜合(he)偏移(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振(zhen)。
