萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高(gao)，傳(chuan)動效(xiao)率優異，在現代工業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十(shi)(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用剖分(fen)式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十(shi)(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器使用的場合相近(jin)，主(zhu)要運用在重載(zai)大型(xing)裝(zhuang)備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)整體式(shi)叉頭(tou)布局，主要用(yong)于軋(ya)鋼機械，起重(zhong)運輸機械等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可達(da)30m以上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵在安裝(zhuang)過程中都不可避(bi)免地(di)要(yao)進行(xing)同軸(zhou)度的調整，使對輪(lun)既(ji)同心又平行(xing)，否(fou)則(ze)將影響機泵使用(yong)效率或造成設(she)備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)(yong)來將不(bu)同機構中的(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地聯接起來一同旋(xuan)轉，并傳(chuan)遞運(yun)動(dong)和扭矩的(de)機械(xie)部件。有時也用(yong)(yong)以聯接軸(zhou)與其(qi)他(ta)零(ling)件（如齒輪(lun)(lun)、帶輪(lun)(lun)等(deng)）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半合成，分別(bie)用鍵或緊(jin)配合等聯接，緊(jin)固在兩(liang)軸端，再通(tong)過某種方式將(jiang)兩(liang)半聯接起來。
