SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用剖(pou)分式叉頭布局(ju)，與SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器使用的(de)場合相近(jin)，主要運用在重載大(da)型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。
SWC十字萬向聯軸器(qi)(qi)采(cai)用(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，主(zhu)要用(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸(shu)機械等(deng)其他重(zhong)型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當(dang)廣泛的萬向聯軸器(qi)(qi)。
萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝(zhuang)過程中(zhong)都不可(ke)避免(mian)地要進行同軸(zhou)度(du)的調整，使(shi)對輪(lun)既同心又平(ping)行，否則將影響(xiang)機泵使(shi)用效率或造成設備運行事(shi)故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同機構中(zhong)的(de)(de)主動軸和從動軸牢(lao)固(gu)地聯(lian)接起來(lai)一同旋轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩的(de)(de)機械部件(jian)。有時也(ye)用以聯(lian)接軸與(yu)其他零件(jian)（如(ru)齒輪、帶輪等）。
靠背輪常由兩半合(he)成(cheng)，分別用鍵(jian)或緊配合(he)等聯(lian)接，緊固(gu)在(zai)兩軸(zhou)端，再通過某種方式將兩半聯(lian)接起來。
