SWP十字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭布局(ju)，與(yu)SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用(yong)的場合相近(jin)，主(zhu)要運(yun)用(yong)在重載大型(xing)裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸器采用整體式叉頭布局(ju)，主要用于(yu)軋鋼(gang)機械，起(qi)重運(yun)輸機械等其(qi)他重型(xing)裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上(shang)，是運(yun)用相當廣泛(fan)的(de)萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的(de)機泵(beng)在安裝(zhuang)過程中(zhong)都不可避免地要進行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整，使對(dui)輪(lun)既(ji)同心又平(ping)行(xing)，否則將影(ying)響(xiang)機泵(beng)使用效率(lv)或造(zao)成(cheng)設備運行(xing)事(shi)故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同機(ji)構中的主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯接起來(lai)一同旋轉，并傳遞運(yun)動和扭(niu)矩的機(ji)械部件。有時(shi)也(ye)用以聯接軸與其他零(ling)件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等(deng)）。

靠背輪常由兩半(ban)合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊配合(he)等聯接(jie)，緊固在兩軸端，再(zai)通過某種方式將兩半(ban)聯接(jie)起來。
