彈性膜片聯軸器在傳遞扭矩的同時通過彈性膜片的的變形來補償軸向和角向的位移，是一種高性能的金屬彈性撓性聯軸器。彈性聯軸器結構緊湊，傳(chuan)(chuan)遞扭矩大，使用(yong)壽(shou)命(ming)長，免(mian)維(wei)護，耐高(gao)溫，耐酸堿防腐(fu)蝕，適用(yong)于高(gao)溫高(gao)速及有腐(fu)蝕工況環境的軸系傳(chuan)(chuan)動。

Rokee's RL series steel laminae coupling is a high-quality product developed independently on basis of combination of advanced products from Europe and Japan, etc. It has smaller size, larger torque of the same model, more reasonable proportioning size, large compensation scope, light weight and small rotational inertia. 萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高(gao)，傳動效率優異，在現代工業領域被廣泛采用(yong)。

SWP十字(zi)萬向聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式(shi)叉(cha)頭布局，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸器使用(yong)的場合相近，主要(yao)運用(yong)在重(zhong)載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采(cai)用整體(ti)式叉頭(tou)布局，主(zhu)要用于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重(zhong)運輸機(ji)械等其他重(zhong)型裝備(bei)領(ling)域，回轉直(zhi)徑可(ke)(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可(ke)(ke)達30m以上(shang)，是(shi)運用相(xiang)當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵(beng)在安(an)裝(zhuang)過程(cheng)中都不可避免(mian)地要(yao)進行(xing)同軸度的調(diao)整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行(xing)，否則將(jiang)影響機(ji)泵(beng)使(shi)用效率或(huo)造成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不(bu)同機構中的主動(dong)軸和(he)從動(dong)軸牢固(gu)地(di)聯(lian)接(jie)起來(lai)一同旋轉，并傳遞運動(dong)和(he)扭矩的機械(xie)部件(jian)。有時(shi)也用以聯(lian)接(jie)軸與其他(ta)零(ling)件(jian)（如(ru)齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背(bei)輪常(chang)由兩半(ban)合成，分別用(yong)鍵或緊配合等聯接(jie)，緊固在兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半(ban)聯接(jie)起來。

靠(kao)背輪(lun)聯軸器可兼有(you)補償兩軸之間由于(yu)制造安裝不精確、工(gong)作(zuo)時的變形或熱膨脹等原因所發(fa)生的偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)（包(bao)括軸向偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)、徑向偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)、角(jiao)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)或綜合偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
