SWP十(shi)字萬向聯軸器采用剖(pou)分式叉頭布(bu)局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器使用的場合相(xiang)近，主要運(yun)用在重載大型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)整體式叉頭布局(ju)，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機械(xie)，起(qi)重運(yun)輸(shu)機械(xie)等其他重型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相(xiang)當(dang)廣(guang)泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)機(ji)構(gou)中的(de)(de)主動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)和(he)從動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)起(qi)來一同(tong)旋轉，并傳遞運(yun)動(dong)(dong)和(he)扭矩(ju)的(de)(de)機(ji)械部件。有時(shi)也用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背(bei)輪常由(you)兩半(ban)合成，分(fen)別用鍵(jian)或緊(jin)配合等聯接(jie)，緊(jin)固在(zai)兩軸端，再通過某種方(fang)式將兩半(ban)聯接(jie)起來(lai)。
