SWP十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采(cai)用(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器使用(yong)的場合相近，主要(yao)運用(yong)在重載(zai)大型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重運輸(shu)機(ji)械等(deng)其(qi)他重型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離(li)可(ke)達30m以上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的(de)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安(an)裝過程(cheng)中都不(bu)可避免地要(yao)進行同軸度的調(diao)整，使對(dui)輪既同心(xin)又平行，否則將影響(xiang)機泵使用效率(lv)或造成(cheng)設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同(tong)機構(gou)中的主動(dong)(dong)軸和從動(dong)(dong)軸牢固地聯(lian)接起(qi)來(lai)一(yi)同(tong)旋(xuan)轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)(dong)和扭矩的機械部件。有時也(ye)用以(yi)聯(lian)接軸與其他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶(dai)輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪(lun)常由(you)兩半(ban)合成，分別用(yong)鍵(jian)或緊配合等(deng)聯(lian)接，緊固(gu)在兩軸端，再通過(guo)某種(zhong)方式(shi)將(jiang)兩半(ban)聯(lian)接起來。
