梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成,利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接,梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對(dui)位移,減振緩沖(chong),結構(gou)簡(jian)單,無需潤(run)滑維護方便等特點。



星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸形爪塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

輪胎聯軸器采用(yong)輪(lun)胎體狀橡膠元件,與兩個半聯(lian)經過螺栓聯(lian)接,實現扭矩傳遞和(he)位移補(bu)償。橡膠輪(lun)胎聯(lian)軸器具有較高的(de)彈性性能,扭轉剛度小,減震能力強,軸向補(bu)償能力較大,有良好的(de)阻尼性能。
彈性(xing)輪(lun)(lun)胎聯軸(zhou)器輪(lun)(lun)胎體(ti)是輪(lun)(lun)胎聯軸(zhou)器必(bi)要的備件之一(yi),相(xiang)應的分(fen)(fen)為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)胎體(ti)。輪(lun)(lun)胎式聯軸(zhou)器分(fen)(fen)為凸型(xing)和(he)(he)凹型(xing)兩大類(lei),凸型(xing)又分(fen)(fen)為帶骨(gu)架整(zheng)體(ti)式、無骨(gu)整(zheng)體(ti)式和(he)(he)徑向切口式三種。輪(lun)(lun)胎環(huan)(huan)內側用(yong)硫(liu)化方法與鋼質骨(gu)架粘接成一(yi)體(ti),骨(gu)架上(shang)的螺栓孔處焊(han)有(you)螺母。裝配(pei)時用(yong)螺栓與兩半聯軸(zhou)器的凸緣(yuan)連接,依(yi)靠擰緊螺栓使輪(lun)(lun)胎與凸緣(yuan)端(duan)面之間(jian)產生(sheng)(sheng)的摩擦力(li)來傳遞(di)轉矩,輪(lun)(lun)胎環(huan)(huan)工作時發生(sheng)(sheng)扭轉剪切變形,故輪(lun)(lun)胎聯軸(zhou)器具(ju)有(you)很高的彈性(xing),補(bu)償兩軸(zhou)相(xiang)對(dui)位移的能(neng)力(li)較大,并有(you)良好的阻尼,而且結(jie)構簡單、不需潤滑、裝拆(chai)和(he)(he)維護都(dou)比較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點(dian)是承(cheng)載能力(li)(li)不高、外(wai)形(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)較(jiao)大(da),隨著兩軸相(xiang)對扭轉角的(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)加使輪胎(tai)外(wai)形(xing)扭歪,軸向(xiang)(xiang)尺(chi)寸(cun)略有減小,將在兩軸上產(chan)生(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)附加軸向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),使軸承(cheng)負載加大(da)而(er)降低壽命。輪胎(tai)聯(lian)軸器高速運轉時,輪胎(tai)外(wai)緣由于離心力(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)作用而(er)向(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)擴(kuo)張,將進一步增(zeng)大(da)附加軸向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li)。為此,在安裝聯(lian)軸器時應采(cai)取措施,使輪胎(tai)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)應力(li)(li)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)與(yu)工(gong)(gong)作時產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)應力(li)(li)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)相(xiang)反(fan),以抵消部(bu)分附加軸向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),達到改善聯(lian)軸器和兩軸承(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)和條件。
輪胎式(shi)聯軸(zhou)器由于種種原因使其(qi)質心(xin)(xin)或(huo)慣性主軸(zhou)與其(qi)加轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)線不重(zhong)合,在(zai)運轉(zhuan)時將產生不平衡(heng)離(li)心(xin)(xin)慣性力、離(li)心(xin)(xin)慣性力偶(ou)和(he)動(dong)撓度(du)(振型)的現象,稱為轉(zhuan)子(zi)的不平衡(heng)現象,這種不平衡(heng)現象必然(ran)引起軸(zhou)系的振動(dong),從而(er)影響機(ji)器的正常工作和(he)使用壽命,因而(er)對(dui)其(qi)必須加以重(zhong)視(shi)。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
