伺(si)服電機聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，因其使用場合的(de)精(jing)密性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)，必須(xu)具備(bei)特(te)殊(shu)的(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能：零間(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)整體在傳動(dong)(dong)過程(cheng)中(zhong)不(bu)允許有間(jian)隙(xi)，包括正向間(jian)隙(xi)以及回程(cheng)間(jian)隙(xi)；高剛性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)：即(ji)不(bu)允許出現傳動(dong)(dong)的(de)遲(chi)滯性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)，否則(ze)將(jiang)嚴重影(ying)響伺(si)服馬達傳動(dong)(dong)的(de)精(jing)度；低慣(guan)量：在保證傳動(dong)(dong)強度的(de)基礎之上，應盡可(ke)能降低伺(si)服馬達聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)重量；柔性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)：精(jing)密的(de)伺(si)服聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，不(bu)僅要求(qiu)剛性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)高，同(tong)時需要吸收安(an)裝過程(cheng)中(zhong)產(chan)生的(de)軸(zhou)與軸(zhou)之間(jian)的(de)偏差(cha)；其他性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、動(dong)(dong)平衡性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)(ji)與風機(ji)(ji)連接(jie)的聯(lian)(lian)軸器。它(ta)可以將不同(tong)(tong)機(ji)(ji)構中的主動軸和從(cong)動軸牢(lao)牢(lao)地(di)緊密連接(jie)在一(yi)起(qi)，以此達到(dao)一(yi)同(tong)(tong)旋轉的目(mu)的，并傳遞(di)運動機(ji)(ji)械零(ling)件，有時(shi)也用以聯(lian)(lian)接(jie)軸與其(qi)他零(ling)件。

風(feng)機聯(lian)軸器具有減(jian)速(su)、增速(su)、變向和換向等動作以及緩和沖擊、吸振的作用。聯(lian)軸器可(ke)分為剛(gang)性聯(lian)軸器和撓性聯(lian)軸器兩大類。前者不(bu)具有緩沖性和補償兩軸線(xian)相對位移的能力，但結構簡(jian)單，制(zhi)造成本較低，裝拆、維護(hu)方便。
