SWP十(shi)(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十(shi)(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)使用的場(chang)合相近，主要運用在(zai)重載大型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機(ji)械等(deng)其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距離可達30m以上(shang)，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在(zai)安裝(zhuang)過程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的(de)調整，使(shi)對輪既同心(xin)又平行，否則將影響機泵使(shi)用(yong)效率或造(zao)成(cheng)設備運行事故。
