SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用整體(ti)式叉頭布(bu)局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等(deng)其(qi)他重型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達30m以上(shang)，是運(yun)用相當廣泛的(de)萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵在安裝過程中都不可避(bi)免地要進(jin)行同軸度的調整(zheng)，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行，否則將影響(xiang)機泵使(shi)用(yong)效率或造成設備(bei)運行事故。
