SWC十字萬向聯軸器采(cai)用(yong)(yong)整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)(yong)于軋鋼(gang)機械，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機械等其他(ta)重(zhong)型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)(yong)相當廣泛(fan)的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避(bi)免地要進行(xing)同軸度(du)的調整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行(xing)，否則(ze)將影響機泵(beng)使(shi)用效率或造(zao)成設備(bei)運行(xing)事(shi)故(gu)。
