伺服(fu)電機聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)，因其使用場合的(de)(de)精密性(xing)(xing)，必須具備特殊的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)：零間(jian)隙：聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)整體(ti)在傳動過程中不允(yun)許有間(jian)隙，包括正向間(jian)隙以及回程間(jian)隙；高剛性(xing)(xing)：即不允(yun)許出現(xian)傳動的(de)(de)遲滯性(xing)(xing)，否則將嚴(yan)重影(ying)響伺服(fu)馬達傳動的(de)(de)精度(du)；低慣量：在保證傳動強度(du)的(de)(de)基礎之(zhi)上，應盡(jin)可能(neng)降低伺服(fu)馬達聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)的(de)(de)重量；柔性(xing)(xing)：精密的(de)(de)伺服(fu)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)，不僅要求剛性(xing)(xing)高，同(tong)時需要吸收安裝過程中產生的(de)(de)軸(zhou)與軸(zhou)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)偏差；其他(ta)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)：耐熱(re)性(xing)(xing)、動平衡(heng)性(xing)(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機與(yu)風機連接的(de)(de)聯軸(zhou)器。它可以將不同(tong)(tong)機構中的(de)(de)主(zhu)動(dong)軸(zhou)和從(cong)動(dong)軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密連接在一(yi)起，以此達到一(yi)同(tong)(tong)旋(xuan)轉的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)，并傳遞運(yun)動(dong)機械零(ling)件(jian)，有時(shi)也用以聯接軸(zhou)與(yu)其他(ta)零(ling)件(jian)。
