SWP十(shi)字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用剖分(fen)式叉頭布(bu)局，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸(zhou)器使用的場合相近，主要運用在重載大型裝(zhuang)備(bei)領域(yu)，回(hui)轉直徑可(ke)達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采(cai)用(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機械(xie)(xie)，起重(zhong)運輸機械(xie)(xie)等其他重(zhong)型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞(di)距離可達30m以上，是運用(yong)相(xiang)當(dang)廣泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同機構中的主動軸和(he)從(cong)動軸牢(lao)固地聯接起來(lai)一同旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動和(he)扭矩的機械部件(jian)。有時也(ye)用以(yi)聯接軸與其他零(ling)件(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等(deng)）。

靠(kao)背(bei)輪(lun)常由兩(liang)半合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊(jin)配合(he)等聯接，緊(jin)固(gu)在兩(liang)軸端(duan)，再通過某(mou)種(zhong)方式(shi)將兩(liang)半聯接起來。
