SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器使用的場合(he)相近，主(zhu)要運用在重載大型裝備(bei)領(ling)域，回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器采(cai)用(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋(ya)鋼(gang)機(ji)械(xie)，起重(zhong)運輸(shu)機(ji)械(xie)等(deng)其他重(zhong)型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以(yi)上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的(de)萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中都(dou)不(bu)可避免(mian)地要進行同(tong)軸度的調整(zheng)，使(shi)對輪既同(tong)心(xin)又平行，否則將影響機泵使(shi)用效率或造成設(she)備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不(bu)同機構(gou)中的主動軸和(he)(he)從動軸牢固地聯接起來(lai)一同旋轉，并傳遞運動和(he)(he)扭矩的機械部件。有(you)時也用以聯接軸與(yu)其他(ta)零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背(bei)輪常由兩(liang)半合(he)成，分別用鍵(jian)或緊(jin)配合(he)等聯接，緊(jin)固在兩(liang)軸端，再通過某種方式將(jiang)兩(liang)半聯接起來。

靠背輪聯軸器可兼有補償兩軸之間由于制造安裝不精(jing)確(que)、工作(zuo)時的變形或熱(re)膨脹(zhang)等原因所發(fa)生的偏(pian)(pian)移（包括軸向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)移、徑(jing)向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)移、角偏(pian)(pian)移或綜合偏(pian)(pian)移）；以及緩和沖(chong)擊、吸振。
