SWP十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用剖分(fen)式叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器使(shi)用的(de)場合相(xiang)近，主要運用在重載(zai)大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用整(zheng)體式叉頭布局(ju)，主要(yao)用于軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運輸機械等其他重(zhong)型裝備(bei)領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達(da)30m以上(shang)，是(shi)運用相當廣泛的(de)萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的(de)機泵在安裝過程(cheng)中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的(de)調(diao)整(zheng)，使對輪既同心又平行，否(fou)則將影響(xiang)機泵使用效率(lv)或(huo)造成設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將(jiang)不同機(ji)構中的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢固地(di)聯(lian)接(jie)起來一同旋(xuan)轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩的機(ji)械部件。有時(shi)也用(yong)以聯(lian)接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他(ta)零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶(dai)輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)(liang)半合成，分(fen)別用鍵或緊(jin)配(pei)合等聯(lian)接，緊(jin)固在兩(liang)(liang)軸端，再(zai)通過某(mou)種方式將兩(liang)(liang)半聯(lian)接起來(lai)。
