SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)(wan)向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)(wan)向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)使用的(de)場合(he)相近，主要運(yun)用在(zai)重載大型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用整體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起(qi)重(zhong)運輸(shu)機械等其他(ta)重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)遞(di)距離可達30m以上(shang)，是運用相(xiang)當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝(zhuang)過程中都不(bu)可避免地要(yao)進行(xing)同軸(zhou)度的調(diao)整，使(shi)(shi)對(dui)輪(lun)既(ji)同心又平行(xing)，否則將影響機(ji)泵(beng)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)效(xiao)率或造成設備(bei)運(yun)行(xing)事故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將(jiang)不同機構中的(de)主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯接(jie)(jie)起(qi)來一同旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞(di)運動和扭矩的(de)機械部件。有(you)時(shi)也用(yong)以(yi)聯接(jie)(jie)軸與其(qi)他零件（如齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背輪常由(you)兩半合成，分(fen)別(bie)用(yong)鍵或緊配合等聯(lian)接，緊固在兩軸端，再通過某種方(fang)式將兩半聯(lian)接起來。
