膜片聯軸器由幾組膜片用螺栓交錯地與兩半聯軸器聯接，每組膜片由數片疊集而成，膜片分為連桿式和不同形狀的整片式。膜片聯軸器靠膜片的彈性變形來補償所聯兩軸的相對位移，是一種高性能的金屬強元件彈性聯軸器，不用潤油，結構較緊湊，強度高，使用壽命長，無旋轉間隙，不受溫度和油污影響，膜片式聯軸器具有耐(nai)酸、耐(nai)堿防腐(fu)蝕(shi)的特(te)點，適用于(yu)高溫、高速、有腐(fu)蝕(shi)介質工況環(huan)境的軸系(xi)傳動。
