彈性膜片聯軸器在傳遞扭矩的同時通過彈性膜片的的變形來補償軸向和角向的位移，是一種高性能的金屬彈性撓性聯軸器。彈性聯軸器結(jie)構緊湊，傳遞扭矩大，使用壽(shou)命長，免維護，耐高溫，耐酸堿防腐蝕(shi)，適用于高溫高速及有腐蝕(shi)工況環境(jing)的軸系傳動(dong)。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是(shi)當(dang)超載或機(ji)(ji)械故障而導致所需扭(niu)矩超過(guo)設定值時，它(ta)以打滑形式限制傳(chuan)動(dong)系統(tong)所傳(chuan)動(dong)的扭(niu)力，打滑的同時也能一個信號輸出停(ting)掉(diao)電機(ji)(ji)和減速機(ji)(ji)，當(dang)過(guo)載情形消失后自行恢(hui)復聯結。

扭矩安全聯軸器螺帽或螺栓調整彈簧力，預設其滑動扭矩。按工作原理可分為摩擦式扭矩限制器和鋼球式扭矩限制器(滾珠式扭矩限制器)，安全離合器應用范(fan)圍:電子裝備行(xing)業、自動化生(sheng)產線、輸(shu)送機行(xing)業等。
