SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)采用(yong)剖分(fen)式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)使(shi)用(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)在重載大型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)(wan)向聯軸器采用(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要用(yong)于軋(ya)鋼機械(xie)，起重(zhong)運輸(shu)機械(xie)等(deng)其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達(da)30m以上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬(wan)(wan)向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在安裝過程(cheng)中都不可避免地要進行(xing)(xing)同軸度的調整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平(ping)行(xing)(xing)，否則(ze)將影響機(ji)泵使(shi)用效(xiao)率或(huo)造成設備(bei)運行(xing)(xing)事故(gu)。

風機聯軸器是電(dian)機(ji)與(yu)風(feng)機(ji)連接(jie)的聯(lian)軸器。它可以將不(bu)同機(ji)構中的主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢(lao)(lao)牢(lao)(lao)地緊密連接(jie)在一起，以此達到一同旋(xuan)轉的目的，并(bing)傳遞運(yun)動(dong)機(ji)械零(ling)件(jian)，有時也用以聯(lian)接(jie)軸與(yu)其他零(ling)件(jian)。

風(feng)機聯軸器(qi)具(ju)有減速(su)、增速(su)、變向(xiang)和(he)(he)換向(xiang)等動(dong)作以(yi)及緩(huan)(huan)和(he)(he)沖(chong)擊、吸振的作用。聯軸器(qi)可分(fen)為剛性聯軸器(qi)和(he)(he)撓(nao)性聯軸器(qi)兩大(da)類。前者不具(ju)有緩(huan)(huan)沖(chong)性和(he)(he)補償兩軸線相對位移的能(neng)力，但(dan)結構(gou)簡單，制造成本較低(di)，裝拆、維(wei)護方(fang)便。
