伺(si)服(fu)電機(ji)聯(lian)軸器，因其使用場(chang)合的精(jing)密性(xing)(xing)，必須具備特(te)殊的性(xing)(xing)能：零間(jian)隙(xi)：聯(lian)軸器整體在傳(chuan)動(dong)過程中不允許(xu)有間(jian)隙(xi)，包括正(zheng)向間(jian)隙(xi)以及回程間(jian)隙(xi)；高(gao)剛性(xing)(xing)：即不允許(xu)出(chu)現傳(chuan)動(dong)的遲滯性(xing)(xing)，否則將嚴重影響伺(si)服(fu)馬(ma)(ma)達傳(chuan)動(dong)的精(jing)度；低慣量：在保證傳(chuan)動(dong)強度的基礎之(zhi)上，應(ying)盡可能降低伺(si)服(fu)馬(ma)(ma)達聯(lian)軸器的重量；柔性(xing)(xing)：精(jing)密的伺(si)服(fu)聯(lian)軸器，不僅要求(qiu)剛性(xing)(xing)高(gao)，同時(shi)需要吸收安裝過程中產生的軸與(yu)軸之(zhi)間(jian)的偏差；其他性(xing)(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)(xing)、動(dong)平衡性(xing)(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)連接的聯軸器。它可以將不同機(ji)構中的主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢牢地緊密連接在(zai)一起，以此達到一同旋轉的目的，并傳(chuan)遞(di)運動(dong)機(ji)械零件(jian)，有時也用以聯接軸與(yu)其他零件(jian)。

風機聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)具有減速、增(zeng)速、變向和(he)換向等動(dong)作(zuo)以及緩(huan)和(he)沖擊、吸(xi)振的作(zuo)用。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)可分為(wei)剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)和(he)撓性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)兩(liang)大類。前者不具有緩(huan)沖性(xing)(xing)和(he)補償(chang)兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)相對位移的能力，但結構簡單，制(zhi)造成本較(jiao)低，裝(zhuang)拆、維護方便。
