SWP十字萬(wan)向聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸器使(shi)用(yong)的場(chang)合相近，主要(yao)運用(yong)在(zai)重載大(da)型裝(zhuang)備領域，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用整(zheng)體式(shi)叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用于軋鋼(gang)機械(xie)，起重運輸機械(xie)等其(qi)他重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上(shang)，是運用相當廣泛(fan)的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接(jie)的機(ji)泵在安裝(zhuang)過程中都(dou)不可避免(mian)地(di)要進行同軸度的調整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行，否則將影響(xiang)機(ji)泵使(shi)用(yong)效率(lv)或造成設備運(yun)行事(shi)故(gu)。

扭力限制器又名扭矩限制器、力矩限制器、BMOOM限制器等，其價格便宜、結構簡單、方便拆裝維護、過載后反應速度快、設定扭矩精確度高、使用壽命更長，配一個微型開關過載后能輸出電信號以方便報警或自動停掉電機。扭力聯軸器廣泛應用于電子裝備行業(ye)、自動化(hua)生產線、輸(shu)送機行業(ye)等。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超(chao)載或(huo)機(ji)械故(gu)障而導致所需(xu)扭矩超(chao)過(guo)設定值時，它以打滑形式限(xian)制(zhi)傳動系(xi)統所傳動的扭力，打滑的同時也能(neng)一個信號輸出(chu)停掉電機(ji)和減速機(ji)，當過(guo)載情形消失后自行(xing)恢復聯(lian)結。
