對輪(lun)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)在工作(zuo)過(guo)程中,并且會帶來燃(ran)油消耗空氣污(wu)染等后果(guo),由(you)于(yu)承受咬入(ru)沖擊動載荷,使得聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)受到峰值轉矩,聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)承載能(neng)力(li)下降,并在短時間內失(shi)效(xiao),從而(er)直(zhi)接影響(xiang)其正常(chang)工作(zuo),其中的較薄弱環(huan)節進行(xing)替換或維修是(shi)重要和(he)實用的。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)兩軸(zhou)相對半徑變(bian)(bian)位要求較好,找(zhao)耦合同心(xin)度為(wei)0.2~0.6mm,存在很大困難(nan)。如(ru)果(guo)在駕駛(shi)過(guo)程中螺栓(shuan)松動,泵(beng)裝置的振動和(he)噪音可能(neng)會變(bian)(bian)大。
