對輪聯軸器慣(guan)性(xing)(xing)主軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線與旋轉軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線之間(jian)重(zhong)心位(wei)置偏心量的(de)可能值是平方和(he)方根值而決定的(de),主要由兩半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和(he)聯(lian)接螺栓(shuan)組成,對(dui)輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)裝(zhuang)配前,鏜削切割和(he)鍵槽的(de)修(xiu)整聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)端(duan)面(mian)和(he)其它表(biao)面(mian)的(de)加工(gong)等。半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)的(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)有圓(yuan)錐(zhui)孔(kong)和(he)圓(yuan)柱孔(kong)兩種(zhong)形(xing)式,圓(yuan)錐(zhui)孔(kong)比圓(yuan)柱孔(kong)在工(gong)藝(yi)特性(xing)(xing)上(shang)有較多的(de)特點,圓(yuan)錐(zhui)形(xing)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)套孔(kong)容易獲得相(xiang)配合部(bu)件之間(jian)的(de)同心。


對輪聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器在(zai)工作(zuo)(zuo)過(guo)程中(zhong),并且會(hui)帶來(lai)燃油消耗空氣污染等(deng)后(hou)果,由于承受(shou)(shou)咬入沖擊動(dong)(dong)載荷(he),使得聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器受(shou)(shou)到峰值轉(zhuan)矩,聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器承載能力下降,并在(zai)短(duan)時間內失效(xiao),從而直接影響其正常(chang)工作(zuo)(zuo),其中(zhong)的較薄弱環節進行(xing)替換或維修是重要(yao)和(he)實用的。聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器兩軸(zhou)相對半徑變位要(yao)求較好,找耦合同(tong)心度為0.2~0.6mm,存在(zai)很(hen)大(da)困難(nan)。如(ru)果在(zai)駕駛(shi)過(guo)程中(zhong)螺栓(shuan)松動(dong)(dong),泵裝置的振動(dong)(dong)和(he)噪音(yin)可(ke)能會(hui)變大(da)。
