SWP十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采用(yong)剖分(fen)式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器使用(yong)的場(chang)合相近(jin)，主要(yao)運用(yong)在重載大型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)采用(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重運輸(shu)機械等其他重型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達(da)30m以上(shang)，是(shi)運用(yong)相當廣泛(fan)的(de)萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機(ji)泵在(zai)安裝過程中都不可避(bi)免地要進行同軸度的(de)調(diao)整，使對輪既同心(xin)又平行，否則將影響機(ji)泵使用(yong)效(xiao)率或造成設備運行事故。
