梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償兩(liang)軸相對位移，減(jian)振緩(huan)沖，結構簡單，無需潤滑維(wei)護方便等特點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚(ju)氨脂(zhi)彈性體由凸形爪塊(kuai)限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

扭力限制器又名扭矩限制器、力矩限制器、BMOOM限制器等，其價格便宜、結構簡單、方便拆裝維護、過載后反應速度快、設定扭矩精確度高、使用壽命更長，配一個微型開關過載后能輸出電信號以方便報警或自動停掉電機。扭力聯軸器廣泛應用于電子(zi)裝備行業(ye)、自動(dong)化生產線、輸送機行業(ye)等(deng)。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當(dang)超載或機械故障而(er)導致所需扭矩超過設定值(zhi)時，它以打滑形(xing)式限(xian)制傳(chuan)動系統(tong)所傳(chuan)動的扭力，打滑的同時也能一個信號輸出停(ting)掉(diao)電機和減速機，當(dang)過載情形(xing)消失后自(zi)行(xing)恢(hui)復(fu)聯結。

扭矩安全聯軸器螺帽或螺栓調整彈簧力，預設其滑動扭矩。按工作原理可分為摩擦式扭矩限制器和鋼球式扭矩限制器(滾珠式扭矩限制器)，安全離合器應用范圍:電子裝備(bei)行業、自動化生產(chan)線、輸(shu)送(song)機(ji)行業等。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢(lao)固地聯接(jie)起(qi)來一(yi)同旋轉，并傳遞運動(dong)和扭矩的機械部件(jian)。有時(shi)也(ye)用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪(lun)、帶(dai)輪(lun)等）。

靠背(bei)輪常由兩半合成，分別用(yong)鍵(jian)或緊(jin)配合等聯接，緊(jin)固在(zai)兩軸端(duan)，再通過某種方式將(jiang)兩半聯接起來。

靠背輪聯軸器可兼有補償兩軸之間由于(yu)制(zhi)造(zao)安裝不精確、工作時的(de)變形或熱膨脹等原因所發生(sheng)的(de)偏(pian)移(yi)（包括軸向偏(pian)移(yi)、徑向偏(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)移(yi)或綜合偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩(huan)和(he)沖擊(ji)、吸振(zhen)。

柱銷聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)是(shi)利用一端套有彈性套（橡膠材(cai)料）的(de)柱銷，裝在兩半聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)凸(tu)緣孔中，以實現兩半聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)的(de)聯(lian)接。

彈性柱(zhu)(zhu)銷聯軸器(qi)是一種結(jie)構簡單制(zhi)造容易，無需潤滑，裝拆彈性柱(zhu)(zhu)銷便(bian)捷的傳動基礎件(jian)，利用(yong)兩個帶(dai)法蘭孔(kong)的半聯和(he)置于起重的非金屬彈性柱(zhu)(zhu)銷來傳遞扭矩(ju)，適用(yong)于中低(di)速(su)和(he)中低(di)扭矩(ju)場合。

彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)柱銷(xiao)齒式聯(lian)軸器采用非金屬彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)柱銷(xiao)和兩個帶齒形半聯(lian)以及一(yi)個外圈的(de)齒形套環設計，利用非金屬彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)的(de)變形來傳遞扭矩同時(shi)緩沖減(jian)震，補償角向位移。

彈性套(tao)(tao)柱銷(xiao)(xiao)聯軸(zhou)器設計簡單巧妙(miao)，適用(yong)性較廣的聯軸(zhou)器，利用(yong)帶(dai)彈性套(tao)(tao)的柱銷(xiao)(xiao)聯接兩個帶(dai)銷(xiao)(xiao)孔的半聯，實現扭矩傳(chuan)遞的同(tong)時(shi)(shi)兼具(ju)較大的角向補償，同(tong)時(shi)(shi)減震緩沖性能良好(hao)，可(ke)以用(yong)在速度較快(kuai)的場合，無需潤滑，銷(xiao)(xiao)套(tao)(tao)更換(huan)便捷。

The pin gear coupling is designed with non-metallic flexible pin, two toothed semi-couplings and a toothed sleeve ring with an outer ring. It uses non-metallic flexible deformation to transfer torque and cushion shock and compensate angular displacement. The flexible pin coupling is a basic transmission parts that has simple structure, needs no lubrication, and is easy to manufacture, install and disassemble the flexible pin. It uses two semi-couplings with flange holes and a non-metallic flexible pin for crane to transmit torque, suitable for low-to-medium speed and low-to-medium torque occasions. The design of the elastic sleeve pin coupling is simple and clever in design and has wide applicability. It uses the pin with elastic sleeve to connect two semi-couplings with pin holes to realize torque transmission and larger angular compensation.
