扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超載(zai)或機械故障(zhang)而導致所需(xu)扭矩(ju)超過設定值(zhi)時(shi)，它以打滑(hua)形式限制傳動系(xi)統(tong)所傳動的扭力(li)，打滑(hua)的同(tong)時(shi)也能一個信(xin)號(hao)輸(shu)出停(ting)掉電(dian)機和減(jian)速機，當過載(zai)情形消失后自行恢(hui)復聯結。
