扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當(dang)超載或機械故(gu)障(zhang)而(er)導(dao)致(zhi)所需扭(niu)矩超過設定值時，它以打滑形式限制傳(chuan)動(dong)系統所傳(chuan)動(dong)的扭(niu)力，打滑的同時也(ye)能(neng)一(yi)個(ge)信號(hao)輸出停掉電機和減速機，當(dang)過載情(qing)形消失后自行恢(hui)復聯結。

扭矩安全聯軸器螺帽或螺栓調整彈簧力，預設其滑動扭矩。按工作原理可分為摩擦式扭矩限制器和鋼球式扭矩限制器(滾珠式扭矩限制器)，安全離合器應(ying)用范圍:電子裝備行業(ye)、自動(dong)化生產線(xian)、輸送機行業(ye)等。
