伺服(fu)電(dian)機聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，因其(qi)使(shi)用場合的(de)精密(mi)性(xing)，必(bi)須具(ju)備特殊的(de)性(xing)能(neng)：零間(jian)隙：聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)整體在傳動(dong)過程中(zhong)不允許有(you)間(jian)隙，包括正向間(jian)隙以及回(hui)程間(jian)隙；高(gao)剛(gang)(gang)性(xing)：即不允許出(chu)現傳動(dong)的(de)遲滯性(xing)，否則將嚴(yan)重影響伺服(fu)馬達(da)傳動(dong)的(de)精度；低慣量(liang)：在保證傳動(dong)強度的(de)基礎之上(shang)，應(ying)盡(jin)可能(neng)降低伺服(fu)馬達(da)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)重量(liang)；柔性(xing)：精密(mi)的(de)伺服(fu)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，不僅要求(qiu)剛(gang)(gang)性(xing)高(gao)，同時需要吸(xi)收(shou)安裝過程中(zhong)產生的(de)軸(zhou)與軸(zhou)之間(jian)的(de)偏差；其(qi)他性(xing)能(neng)：耐熱性(xing)、動(dong)平衡(heng)性(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是(shi)電機與風機連(lian)(lian)接的聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。它可以(yi)將不(bu)同機構(gou)中(zhong)的主(zhu)動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密連(lian)(lian)接在一(yi)起，以(yi)此達到一(yi)同旋轉的目的，并傳遞(di)運(yun)動機械(xie)零(ling)件(jian)，有(you)時也用以(yi)聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其他零(ling)件(jian)。

風(feng)機聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)具(ju)有減(jian)速(su)、增速(su)、變(bian)向(xiang)和換向(xiang)等動作(zuo)以及緩和沖擊、吸振的作(zuo)用。聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)可分為剛性聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)和撓(nao)性聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)兩大類。前者不具(ju)有緩沖性和補償兩軸線相對(dui)位移的能力，但(dan)結構簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維護方(fang)便。
