風機聯軸器是(shi)電機與風機連(lian)(lian)接的聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。它可以(yi)將不(bu)同機構(gou)中(zhong)的主(zhu)動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密連(lian)(lian)接在一(yi)起,以(yi)此達到一(yi)同旋轉的目的,并傳遞(di)運(yun)動機械(xie)零(ling)件(jian),有(you)時也用以(yi)聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其他零(ling)件(jian)。
風(feng)機聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)具(ju)有減(jian)速(su)、增速(su)、變(bian)向(xiang)和換向(xiang)等動作(zuo)以及緩和沖擊、吸振的作(zuo)用。聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)可分為剛性聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)和撓(nao)性聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)兩大類。前者不具(ju)有緩沖性和補償兩軸線相對(dui)位移的能力,但(dan)結構簡單,制造成本較低,裝拆、維護方(fang)便。
