伺(si)服電機(ji)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)，因其使用場合的(de)(de)精密性(xing)，必須具備特殊的(de)(de)性(xing)能(neng)：零間(jian)隙(xi)：聯軸(zhou)器(qi)整體在傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)過(guo)程中不允許有間(jian)隙(xi)，包(bao)括(kuo)正向間(jian)隙(xi)以及回程間(jian)隙(xi)；高剛性(xing)：即不允許出(chu)現傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)遲滯性(xing)，否則將嚴重影響伺(si)服馬達(da)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)精度；低(di)(di)慣量：在保證傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)強(qiang)度的(de)(de)基礎之(zhi)上，應盡可(ke)能(neng)降低(di)(di)伺(si)服馬達(da)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)的(de)(de)重量；柔性(xing)：精密的(de)(de)伺(si)服聯軸(zhou)器(qi)，不僅要求剛性(xing)高，同時需要吸收安(an)裝過(guo)程中產生的(de)(de)軸(zhou)與(yu)軸(zhou)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)偏差(cha)；其他(ta)性(xing)能(neng)：耐(nai)熱性(xing)、動(dong)(dong)平衡性(xing)等(deng)。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)(ji)連接(jie)的(de)聯軸器(qi)。它可以將不同機(ji)(ji)構中的(de)主動(dong)軸和從(cong)動(dong)軸牢(lao)牢(lao)地(di)緊密(mi)連接(jie)在一(yi)起(qi)，以此達到(dao)一(yi)同旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)的(de)目的(de)，并傳遞運動(dong)機(ji)(ji)械零件，有時也用以聯接(jie)軸與(yu)其(qi)他零件。

風(feng)機聯(lian)軸器(qi)具(ju)有減速(su)(su)、增速(su)(su)、變向和換(huan)向等(deng)動作(zuo)以及緩和沖擊、吸振的作(zuo)用。聯(lian)軸器(qi)可分為剛性(xing)聯(lian)軸器(qi)和撓(nao)性(xing)聯(lian)軸器(qi)兩大類。前者不具(ju)有緩沖性(xing)和補償兩軸線相對位移的能(neng)力，但結(jie)構簡(jian)單，制造成本較低(di)，裝拆(chai)、維護方便。
